Evan Henris is the Chief Executive Officer of Parabilis, where he leads the firm’s strategic direction with a focus on disciplined growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation for both clients and investors.

Since joining Parabilis in 2018, Evan has held leadership roles across Credit, Finance, Advisory, Operations, and Analytics, giving him a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of the organization and the federal contracting market it serves. He designed and built Parabilis’ compliance and risk management framework, creating the internal controls, processes, and procedures that allow the firm’s unique credit solution to operate at scale while remaining both effective for clients and highly attractive to investors.

Evan has worked in virtually every role within the organization and single-handedly developed many of the internal systems that support Parabilis’ ability to manage a complex and diverse portfolio. His work has been central to aligning credit strategy, risk oversight, and operational execution across the organization.

In addition to leading risk and compliance, Evan has played a key role in supporting investor relations and capital strategy, bridging operational rigor with market confidence. His leadership is defined by deep institutional knowledge, a commitment to transparency, and a long-term view of sustainable growth.

Evan brings an entrepreneurial mindset to his role, having founded two businesses prior to graduating college, including a nonprofit charitable organization. He holds a B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude, from Marymount University.
