BY USING ANY WEBSITE, MOBILE APP, OR SERVICE OF PARABILIS LLC, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE BETWEEN YOU AND PARABILIS LLC, WHICH INCLUDE THE REFERENCED PRIVACY POLICY (“AGREEMENT”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE ANY PARABILIS LLC WEBSITE OR TO OBTAIN ANY SERVICES FROM PARABILIS LLC.

The Parabilis LLC website and any related mobile apps or customer portals (collectively, “Websites”; and individually, “Website”), along with all related services (“Services”), are subject to these Terms of Service.

By providing your mobile phone number through any Parabilis LLC web form, application, customer portal, or other communication channel, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS and/or MMS) from Parabilis LLC or its authorized representatives.

Purpose of SMS Communications:

Parabilis operates a low-volume mixed SMS campaign that includes both non-marketing and marketing messages.

Non-Marketing Messages Include:

  • Document request notifications
  • Account-related communications

Message Frequency and Data Rates:

You may receive 5-15 messages per month, though message frequency may vary depending on your account activity, application status, and engagement with our services. Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Consent Not Required for Service: You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of obtaining services or financing from Parabilis LLC.

5.2 Opt-Out and Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (703) 663-7169. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5.3 Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Parabilis LLC is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier-related issues, device incompatibility, or other technical factors beyond our control.
