Our company core comes from the military’s values. We can’t be flexible with a potential client who doesn’t have integrity. We can’t be transparent if a small business isn’t being honest. And we can’t be an effective financial partner without everyone being willing to roll up their sleeves and do the hard work necessary to achieve success.
One service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) embodied all of these values before its founders discovered Parabilis through an online search. These business owners faced a common challenge – the government’s switch from 15-day accelerated payment terms to 30-day payment terms meant the company had to wait twice as long for invoices to be paid. This greatly impacted the company’s ability to make, receive, and pay for delivery orders. Within two weeks of them coming to us, we approved the business loan they needed to take care of short-term working capital needs. This stopgap also prepared them for long-term growth.
