Board Member and Chief Executive Officer
Bruce Lyman is Chief Executive Officer and member of the Parabilis Board of Directors. He joined the company in 2016, bringing over 30 years of professional and military leadership experience to this organization.
Ryan Huss
President
Ryan Huss is President of Parabilis and oversees day-to-day operations, along with leading the ongoing success and achievements in revenue growth and capital raising. Mr. Huss joined Parabilis in 2017.
Tyler Flansburg
Vice President of Operations
Tyler Flansburg is Vice President of Operations and is responsible for leading daily execution across the Client Advisory, Credit, Treasury, Compliance, and Underwriting teams. He joined the company in 2023, bringing over a decade of experience leading military teams in operations and acquisitions.
Suzanne Martinez Hoilman
Vice President of Finance
Suzanne Martinez Hoilman leads the Finance and Accounting Department. She joined the team in February 2023, bringing over 8 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting. She holds degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and George Mason University, emphasizing her commitment to professional growth and innovation in finance.

Director of Operations
Evan Henris is the Director of Operations and joined Parabilis in 2018 and oversees the Treasury, Compliance, and Credit divisions with a focus on developing and refining processes for scalability.
Hugh McClelland
Director of Due Diligence
Hugh McClelland leads diligence and origination efforts for Parabilis. Mr. McClelland began his career at Grant Thornton and since worked in the UHNW direct investing space, private lending, and transaction advisory fields – including time at BDO and with the DC OCFO.
Teresa Moon
Director of Business Development and Marketing
Teresa Moon brings to the team her extensive experience in business development within government contracting, marketing and branding, relationship building and partnership management.
Mickey Moreno
Director of Client Advisory Services
Mickey Moreno is the Director of Client Advisory Services and is responsible for leading service delivery to Parabilis clients including credit and treasury analysis, financial modeling, and growth consulting services.
Adam Shapiro
Director of Sales
Adam Shapiro leads new client generation and retention for Parabilis. With more than 15 years experience in technology and finance sales, Mr. Shapiro has a history of developing long-term client relationships and cultivating referral partnerships that increase commitments and revenue.
