Biography

Peter M. Schulte

Peter M. Schulte is a co-founder and the Chairman of the Board of Managers of Parabilis. Mr. Schulte works closely with the Executive Leadership Team supporting strategic direction, executive leadership, and institutional relationships with investors and partners.

Mr. Schulte brings expertise across public and private debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and institutional investing. He co-founded CM Equity Partners in 1992, an investment firm specializing in private equity investments in U.S. federal services firms across the U.S. federal budget. His prior experience includes corporate public and private debt and equity financing and M&A at Salomon Brothers Inc. Mr. Schulte began his professional career in large systems marketing in IBM’s Data Processing Division.

Mr. Schulte has established successful publicly traded companies, including ICF International (NASDAQ: ICFI) and served as a director of ICF International from 1999 through 2022. Mr. Schulte also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of U.S. federal services companies including JANUS Research Group, Inc., BlueStreet Solutions, Inc., Sabre Systems, Inc. and Dexis Interactive, Inc.

Mr. Schulte is a graduate of Harvard College (AB) and holds a Master’s degree in Public and Private Management (MPPM) from Yale University. He currently serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including Lasell University, the Rainforest Alliance and Friends of Bellport Bay and is a former member of the boards of Marymount School in New York City, Deerfield Academy, Center for Business and the Environment at Yale University, and the New York League of Conservation Voters.
