Evan Henris is the Vice President of Credit & Risk Management and joined Parabilis in 2018. Mr. Henris oversees the Treasury, Compliance, and Credit divisions with a focus on developing and refining processes for scalability.
Adam Shapiro
Vice President of Strategy & Growth
Adam Shapiro leads new client generation and retention for Parabilis. With more than 15 years experience in technology and finance sales, Mr. Shapiro has a history of developing long-term client relationships and cultivating referral partnerships that increase commitments and revenue.
Khoa Vu
Director of Finance
Khoa Vu oversees the firm’s financial operations, including corporate accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis. Mr. Vu spent 15 years in private equity, where he held finance leadership roles with a focus on fund operations and financial management.
Teresa Moon
Director of Market Strategy
Teresa Moon is the Director of Market Strategy, and host of “Spilling the Tea on GovCon” podcast for Parabilis. Ms. Moon leads communication development and market penetration supporting Parabilis’ mission to serve the federal contracting community.

Chairman of the Board of Managers
Peter M. Schulte is a co-founder and the Chairman of the Board of Managers of Parabilis. Mr. Schulte works closely with the Executive Leadership Team supporting strategic direction, executive leadership, and institutional relationships with investors and partners.
