Tyler Flansburg is Vice President of Operations and is responsible for leading daily execution across Client Advisory, Credit, Treasury, Compliance, and Underwriting teams. He joined the company in 2023, bringing over a decade of experience leading military teams in operations and acquisitions.

Major Flansburg spent 10 years as a Contracting Officer in the United States Air Force, most notably leading a 300 member, geographically dispersed team overseeing a $42B advanced space systems portfolio during active-duty service. He continues to serve in the Air Force Reserves as an Agreements Officer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology/Air Force Artificial Intelligence Accelerator in Cambridge, MA.

Mr. Flansburg is a Distinguished graduate of the Naval Postgraduate School, from which he holds an MBA and dual Bachelor degrees in Finance and Accounting from Texas Tech University.
