As PPP Ends, Webinar Shows GovCon CEOs How to Access Additional Working Capital

TYSONS CORNER, VA—Two days after the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) stopped accepting applications and weeks after the U.S. entered a recession, over 110 senior government contractor executives will attend a webinar to learn how to gain access to additional working capital.

Starting at 12:00 p.m. Eastern on July 2 and running just 45 minutes, the webinar is co-hosted by government contractor lender Parabilis and financial leadership firm Foresight CFO. CEOs will leave the webinar knowing:

  • Why you need capital to scale your business
  • How to find the best working capital for your company
  • How to build books which can secure capital

“The Paycheck Protection Program provided invaluable assistance to contractors during the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Parabilis Director of Operations Ryan Huss. “With the PPP application window closed and the U.S. in a recession, contractors must look at other financial tools to access capital and build financial strength for long-term success.”

A veteran-operated lender which specializes in providing transparentflexible lines of credit to small and medium-sized government contractors, Parabilis helps clients improve cash on hand and seek larger contracts. Foresight CFO is a leader in helping CEOs of private companies identify and execute strategies to increase profit, accelerate cash flow, and maximize valuation.

“Government contracting CEOs are a unique type of entrepreneur,” said U.S. Army veteran and Foresight CFO Chief Executive Officer Kirk W. McLaren. “Their work doesn’t fit into the traditional small business model, which can make accessing capital from investors, banks, and other sources difficult. This webinar will show CEOs how to build cash quickly to match how fast they are scaling.”

Foresight CFO has hosted over 50 webinars and other learning experiences in 2020 for senior executives. The program has attracted up to 380 executives on a single webinar and has been conducted across multiple industries. “Our webinars have helped hundreds of CEOs learn how to scale at critical points in their company’s life cycle,” said McLaren. “We’re grateful to Parabilis for the opportunity to help small business government contractors see these same results.”

“Capital is important before, during, and after securing a contract,” said Huss. “With the PPP no longer accessible and banks increasingly hesitant to lend money due to the recession, government contractors must have a plan to effectively scale. This webinar will help them do exactly that.”
